When and where does NutriHub deliver?
Deliveries are done Sunday to Friday, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, for meals scheduled from Monday to Saturday. NutriHub currently delivers within Manila and and some parts of Rizal.
Is there a minimum number of days or meals required to order?
No. There is no minimum number of days required. You may order for specific days of the week and choose selected meals only, such as lunch and dinner.
Is your container microwavable?
Yes. NutriHub containers are microwavable and safe for reheating.
How do I reheat my NutriHub packed meals?
All NutriHub meals are fully cooked and ready to reheat. The best method depends on the dish:

Microwave is the quickest option for most single-serve meals like rice, pasta, stir-fries, vegetables, soups, and light stews.

Stovetop reheating works best for soups, braised viands, thicker stews, and dishes you want to taste freshly cooked. Add a small splash of water or oil when reheating rice or noodles.

Toaster oven is ideal for anything crispy or baked, such as fried meals, roasted meats, sandwiches, quesadillas, pastries, or baked pasta.

Steaming is recommended for delicate items like dim sum, mantao, rice cakes, and soft steamed dishes to keep them moist.

For heat-sensitive items like sauces, gravies, vegetables, or hard-boiled eggs, you may gently warm them by briefly submerging the container in hot water instead of direct heat.

Some items, such as fruits, salads, puddings, and gelatin desserts, are meant to be enjoyed chilled and should not be reheated.

Do I need a medical condition to order from NutriHub?
No. NutriHub serves both wellness clients and individuals with medical needs. While many clients require therapeutic or customized meals, healthy meal plans are also available for weight management and general wellness.
Are NutriHub meal plans prescribed or supervised by professionals?
Yes. All meal plans are developed and supervised by Registered Nutritionist Dietitians. Therapeutic meals are aligned with medical recommendations and may be prescribed or adjusted based on your doctor’s or dietitian’s guidance.
Can meals be customized for specific health conditions or preferences?
Yes. Meals can be customized based on medical conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular concerns, post-surgery recovery, tube feeding, or texture-modified diets. Taste preferences, portion sizes, and nutrient requirements are also considered.
